Social Role Valourisation is an ideological framework that is used to systematically empower people who belong to oppressed social groups. According to the basic principles of SRV, the good things of life like friendship, education, career opportunities, money, freedom, and so on --- are accessible only to people who hold socially valued roles. Our team members received training in SRV principles and how to apply them towards people with disabilities so as to help them grow.
